(01) PROBLEM

Hundreds of wigs × dozens of colours × multiple lengths × fronting types — and an audience that needs to pick exactly right.

Cosplay buyers research obsessively before purchase. The old storefront couldn’t surface character-themed sets, premium lacefront tiers, or the colour-rings sample-pack system that lets a buyer order shade samples before committing to a $200 wig.

Character collections up front, colour rings in the navigation, tier routing in the URL structure.

  • Character-themed collections — auto-merchandised by anime / character / class.
  • Lacefront premium tier with its own collection visual treatment, not buried in a filter.
  • Colour rings sample system — order a physical colour-ring before the actual wig.
  • Variant-grouping logic — group SKUs by base style, expose colour + length as variant axes.
